The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We had a fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer and a living room and bedroom. It’s very practical and very comfortable. The third floor is also great. It has a nice terrace, spacious social areas, coffee and some pool tables to enjoy on a rainy day.

Fabulous location, walking distance to many local restaurants, markets and tourist destinations including the hop on hop off bus depot. I went there for a work conference but still managed to enjoy many of the tourist attractions and night life. The room was great, spacious and well equipped. There was a pool, gym and beautiful shared spaces including an indoor lounge and desk area. Highly recommend.

Our stay was awesome with the usual friendly staff and amazing modern clean accommodation. We booked the unit with the den and additional space was really worth it and so much better than a regular hotel. I also left our passports behind in the safe and the amazing Roost team had them overnighted to me in NYC the same day ahead of my departure out of the US. Roost has a guest for life for my quarterly business trips to the States.

This is a great location with excellent facilities. The building is new and very welcoming. The room was huge and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The washer-dryer was really handy to have.

The flat was a great size and well designed. Mid-century style furniture. We got a decent-sized living room with comfortable sofa, kitchen area, bathroom, bedroom and washer/dryer, so loads of space. There was a kettle along with coffee equipment so we could make tea, but no teapot :-( The location was good, near Macy's, an organic supermarket and a Trader Joe's. The reception desk staff were unfailingly helpful and keen to make our stay a good one.

I thought the design of the apartments was nice, and the kitchen had good quality appliances. The pool and gym were great and the 3rd floor facilities! Towels and toiletries and bed linen were all great quality and a nice touch!
