The property was well located to access the more historic part of Philadelphia. I liked the fact that the bedrooms had some personality and character. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and breakfast staff very helpful. Loved the lobby space for sitting with colleagues.

Lovely hotel, based very central in downtown Philadelphia. The room I had was very modern and quite spacious with 2 Queen size beds, There is a complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was decent enough. The staff at this hotel were superb, they were very helpful with any questions I had. The hotel is very close to a Metro station to get about Philadelphia, but there are loads of places to visit that were within easy walking distance as well.

The staff were friendly and the room was a reasonable size with a view of the surrounding streets. A good location. I was also allowed a late check out, which was appreciated.

We had to evacuate from hotel at night after damage of water pipes. After few hours of waiting in the street, hotel arranged new hotel to continue stay for the same and the next night on they behalf. They promised to reimburse for the night we had to evacuate, so they did. Even it was stressful and not convenient for the moment, after all we were happy how hotel solved the situation for us.

- Great Location - Lovely room, clean and spaciousness - Beds and shower were great - All the staff were so nice and obtained great customer service skills always greeting us and assisting us when we required.

Had a great stay at Fairfield downtown, nice and pleasant staff, always available, had a little plug pb with my room on arrival and was reassigned another one right away. conveniently located in walking distance from everything, nice breakfast and restaurant, would definitely return

I love Dasha she was the absolute BEST she was extremely helpful and her patience is out of this world! I was a newbie to Philly and she lead me in the right direction! She is the BEST!
