Resort Overview

Zeavola is the definition of barefoot luxury in Thailand. This charming retreat is a jungle resort and themed to be a Thai Village from over 30 years ago, without missing all the amenities and services of a typical 5 Star Hotel. Grass-roofed teakwood villas blend with traditional Thai influences and a charming feel rustic. Guests won't find golden faucets and white marble here. Together with the tropical jungle, its sand paths, and the authentic Zeavolians is what will spark the magic. Zeavola is located on Phi Phi Don's northeast coast and is only reachable by boat. Away from the hustle and bustle of Tonsai, the main village, and pier of Phi Phi Islands. There are no streets, cars, or motorbikes. Zeavola's, Zann Zanook Activity, and 5 Star Padi Dive center offer professional diving. They also guided island-hopping and snorkeling tours. The Activity Center provides complimentary sports equipment so guests can play volleyball or frisbee on the beach or enjoy free kayaks. Before booking, ensure that your flights are in line with our boat transfers. The resort recommends that international travelers plan a day before and after departure on the mainland. Boasting full-length windows with garden views, the air-conditioned suite comes with generous living areas and features bamboo blinds which can be rolled down for a unique and intimate experience. The resort was simply magical. A retreat away from it all but with every need catered for as required! Completely surrounded within the beautiful and natural environment. The beach was wonderful, white soft sand and exceptionally clean. The room and public facilities were wonderfully quirky. We loved being able to choose to shower outdoors within the privacy in our room and walk barefoot within the resort - leave your designer shoes at home! Wonderful attentive and caring staff in a small intimate environment. We used the pool which was like an outdoor bath and enjoyed a hot stones and sports massage at the spa. Best intentions to trial the gym were not fulfilled but the setting is gloriously rustic, in a small but perfectly adequate size with sufficient equipment. There are some other local hotels and restaurants to try if you need a change of scenery as well as some very competitively priced trips to local islands. The ferry service and their staff was exceptional in supporting passengers with their luggage and friendliness and there is also the option of a connecting service to Krabi.
