Fantastic location, only 4min walk from the ferry, very easy to wonder round the main part of the island and lots of restaurant options nearby. It was also brilliantly quiet at night and rooms were obviously quite new. Only downside was the bathroom smelt of sewage. Not unbearable and the staff did try to cover up with room spray, but ultimately I think they have problem with their sewage network causing the smell. There were also quite a lot of mosquitos in the room. Every time we killed one, 2 more seemed to appear. Must of killed 30+ over the course of 2 nights. Overall would still choose this condition again, as opposed to options with boat transfers or loud music nearby. Maybe just book a swimming pool view or balcony so you’re a bit higher & away from the sewage outlet.

The property is very beautiful, the exterior design is modern and nice. The room is clean and comfy. The location is maybe the best in this island. It’s near to everywhere ✨

Fabulous little hotel. Super facilities - for a hotel this size & where it’s located, the pool was a fantastic addition and nice spot to swim/sunbathe. Breakfast was great too. Lots of choice and fantastic coffee! Very clean - hotel was spotless, and if you wanted your room cleaning every day, just leave the sign on your door. If you were out / didn’t leave the sign on the door, they would leave you fresh towels, bottles of water and toilet paper everyday in a bag on your door handle. Great location - very central, but felt far enough away from the main hustle & bustle. Only thing I will say is with being so central you do get some noise from the bigger bars at night, but didn’t bother us and had no issue sleeping over this! And finally the staff were fantastic, so kind & helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Hope to visit Phi Phi again one day & if we do, we will definitely be re booking! Thanks again for such an enjoyable stay!

rooms are a good size and location ideal convenient to walk anywhere yet away from the hustle and bustel. pool is lovely too lots of sun
