The fine print
You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.The resort offers a chargeable private speedboat or private catamaran from Phuket (75 minutes). Both airport and hotel transfers are included in this transfer service. Flight arrivals should be at least 2 hours prior to the boat departure time. Hotel transfers within Phuket must be confirmed 24 hours in advanced. Guests who are interested in using the service can contact the resort directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.The resort can be reached by a public ferry from Phuket to Tonsai Pier (within 2 hrs.) and then a local public long-tail boat to the resort (20 minutes).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The entire property is beautiful as is the entirety of Phi Phi. The facilities are spectacular with a range of pools, restaurants, lounging chairs/beds on beach and pool, and even hammocks. On arrival the tide was significantly out so our long boat was unable to bring us close to shore, the hotel has a staff member with a boat and a trolley for luggage which pulls you up to shore which we were so thankful for and thought was a great touch. The breakfast is delicious and provides such a selection across all cuisines. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Their quality service was shown when a group of men were making us feel particularly uncomfortable both at the pool and breakfast by making inappropriate comments and following us around. The staff took notice of this immediately and when I approached a woman named Sonya she immediately took action and retrieved a security guard to oversee the remainder of our breakfast. Cannot thank this hotel enough for giving us a dream holiday.
