Very good location, helpful and kind staff. Just at the corner there’s a 7-eleven and next to the hotel there’s a laundry service place which is pretty convenient. Only 3 minutes easy walk away from the pier. The bedding was very comfortable.

This hotel is extremely well localized without getting any noise. I can confirm what many others have commented, and it was such a delight to stay there at Koh Phi Phi. You have restaurants and activities all around and you can sleep well at night. Rooms are nice and clean, with AC and fridge. I definitely recommend it. On top of the that, the owner and the staff are all very friendly and arranging.

Great location a few minutes walk from the pier and a short walk from bars & restaurants but quiet enough in the evening. The bed was also super comfortable, I slept really well. Nice little balcony to hang clothes out to dry and the shampoo was also lovely. Oh I cannot forget to mention the staff were also very friendly and welcoming, always saying hello when entering or leaving. I would highly recommend.

I think they have done well to provide comfort, cleanliness and quiet in the evenings. It’s priced well. Our 17yr old loved being in the middle of it. Helpful friendly staff and great mornings coffees close by. It a place to be out and about adventuring and meeting all your needs when you return exhausted. With great food at all budgets meters from the door.

I absolutely loved my stay in PP Insula. The location it’s literally 3 minutes from the beach and close to everything you’ll need. The owner it’s a lovely and reliable person who is always up to help you will a big smile and a warm welcome. Plus, for cat loves, he has 4 gorgeous and friendly cat that makes the place like you little home.
