Please be informed that Phi Phi Phu Chalet Beach Resort offers a free one-way shuttle service via long-tail boat from Tonsai Bay to the property. The boat ride takes approximately 30 minutes.
Upon arrival at Tonsai Pier, guests are kindly asked to look for the resort sign. A on-site staff will be holding the sign with the resort's name on it.
This service is free only once during check-in (Tonsai Pier -> Resort). An additional fee will be applied for the transfer upon check-out from the resort to the mainland pier.
This service will be available as the following schedule: ● From Tonsai Pier to Resort: 11:30, 13:30, 16:00 and 17:00 hrs.
● From Resort to Tonsai Pier 08:00 and 12:00 hrs.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

“Excellent hotel in a beautiful location”

Phi Phi Phu Chalets is lovely. The room was large, clean, well decorated and comfortable. The pool is great and the view from the pool/restaurant is beautiful. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good and fairly priced. The free snorkel equipment and kayaks were great (there were snorkel trips being dropped off right in front of the hotel, so it is a nice snorkel location). There isn't a beach but the pool is lovely. The location is in the north and the town is only accessible by boat, so it is peaceful and away from the madness of Ton Sai. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the town, the town has a little and quaint walking street with restaurants, bars, massage places and a small supermarket. Honestly, we couldn't have had a better stay. The complaints in other reviews on Booking.com feel a bit unfair. Regarding the remote location, look at a map and read the hotel description, they are clear you need a boat to get there and the return journey is charged (250THB per person) and there are set times. As for the staff being rude/English not being the best, you are in a remote part of Thailand and their English is excellent compared to our Thai. Yes, the breakfast menu is limited to Thai rice soup and variations of eggs plus pancake and fruit, but this is small hotel.

Amazing view from the room and restaurant. Very quiet and isolated place, good if you want to stay away from the center crowd. Free snorkelling and kayak renting. Walking distance to the village. Staff was very kind.

Liked the location, pool was nice, room had a comfy bed. Loved going out on the kayak, we went fishing and caught big fish 😬 Close to restaurants. Our balcony had a great view.
