The property was a beautiful beach side resort, with lots of activities, and various bars and restaurants! Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even helping us book our transportation to our next stop. We had a lovely time and were sad to leave!

Beautiful location, idyllic setting, lovely infinity pools and nice staff. Good fresh mango juice and piña coladas. Close to nice snorkelling locations and other restaurants to eat at, as well as reasonable food options within the resort itself (aside from terrible coffee machine at breakfast with long queues). Nice First Aid nurse. Relaxed vibe, lush greenery (could do with planting in some areas to cover up some sites). Nice clientele (ie. families, couples, not too noisy).

Whatever we might say doesn’t describe how amazing this place is. We stayed at the Sunset Villa and the views were spectacular. The private pool was amazing and we believe that it was at the best location of the resort. The breakfast had a wide range of choices. The staff were friendly and very punctual. Always there to help if anything needed. The bed was comfortable the room was very spacious and clean.

Hotel location was great, blue water and white sand - as what we expected. Food in hotel restaurants was also good, we have only eaten there and enjoyed Thai cuisine. We got a room with pool and it was a great decision - we never visit common pool as ours was enough for two and we used it every day. Territory is big and staff quite welcoming.

It is an incredible resort in Phi Phi Island with so many of amazing facilities. It is difficult to enjoy enough the resort and the place. Our room was very close the Monkey Bar, which was very handy. The staffs at the Monkey bar are amazing. The sunset point is an amazing feature of the hotel.

The location was impeccable. Not with regards to proximity to the main Phi Phi pier, but due to its isolated nature and aspects of paradise. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We were also able to easily book a boat trip from the Resort which was fantastic.

The location is really nice. Our second studio was beautiful and by the sea. The staff is friendly but some of them not really trained to meet European standards. However everyone is kind and tries to help. The discovery of bays from the resort is easy. The beach gives access to other little hotels and restaurants. The staff at the reception is pretty responsive.

Hotel is right on a fantastic beach. Facilities are good but the breakfast was limited in choice and quality. We did not eat at the hotel as there are 3 or 4 local restaursnts on the beach which are excellent. Especially Jasmins. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful particularly the guys in the excursion centre and the beach bar.
