Close to everything but at the same time far from party noises Safe box was not working property, but staff kindly fixed it Nice pool Close distance to 7/11 and starting way to the viewpoint Area like a veranda with table and seat in front of the room where we could dry our clothes and sit in the evening to have some tea or food

Pool is nice, horse adds a nice little touch, rooms were how we expected them to be. A bit out of the intense city center so it is calmer, just perfectly located.

The hotel was great and really good value for Phi Phi! Short walk to the busy areas and super quiet. The rooms were very clean and the staff were lovely. I’m surprised the ratings aren’t higher…and they even have a small horse and loads of cats what more could you ask for? Perfect for a couple/family who want to see the island but be away from the intensity of the crowds

Really enjoyed our stay at the Phi Phi Chang Grand Resort. The staff were great, the room was cleaned daily, the pool area was very relaxing and it’s only a short walk from the main town. You don’t hear any noise at night and the beds are comfy. The horse Brownie was also a bonus.

Really nice location away from the busy area, but still close by walk. Only 10 minute walk to the center of the busy area. The owner is really chill and happy guy, willing to extend our stay by one more day, even though it was last minute decision on our part. The horse is also a plus.

- the pool was really nice, seemed kinda new - room had a good size and a small terrace with space to hang up clothes and stuff - personal was super friendly - the pony is cute

The property had a lovely layout and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Each room has a nice and relaxing outdoor area. There’s free tea and coffee in the morning. There is a nice pool, though we didn’t actually use it. Honourable mention to Brownie the horse! The staff were so friendly! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
