Reality is different than in picture, over priced for noisy location and bed mattresses was not cleaned, no insolation between the rooms you can hair neighbours and a party noise all the time.

Everything was perfect, staff were all very helpful. The only problem was the steps to the hotel room in the heat was tough. My room was on the top floor and it was about 5/6 mins of steep steps

Excellent location, a great view from the apartment, and very helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Yes, there are steps to climb, but it's not as bad as some comments suggest – it's like if you'd lived on the 3rd floor, it wouldn't bother us too much :) Plus, you have to "pay" for that wonderful view. It was a bonus, that the food in the resort's restaurant was very good, we tried 3 dishes, and all of them were great.

Amazing views from our room. The hotel kindly upgraded our room free of charge. Our room was clean and cleaned daily. You can see the whole island from the 6th level. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they took our cases from the ferry to our room and back to the ferry when we left.

If you are planning to stay at Phi Phi for a night, do try the hotels either on the hilltop with a view of the seas, or on the beach itself! We choose the hilltop.....though it was a tiring walk up the hill, it was on the way to the sunset viewpoint, so 80% of the walk was already covered! The hotel provides luggage pick-up and drop-off to the Tonsai jetty, so don't worry. The staff are friendly and provide all the info you need. The rooms are good and serve the purpose for the location. Do try out Arboreal.

Overall a good stay. Staff were very helpful! Hotel room was basic but had everything you needed. Cuts your journey to the viewpoints in half. Good value for money.

The hotel is in a beautiful location! Yes, there are many stairs as the other people have noted, but honestly I expected worse after reading those reviews. The view is worth the climb, plus the staff (the loveliest people!) can help carry the bags. The rooms that my friends and I had were clean, there were all the facilities needed. The breakfast was good too!

The staff are really friendly and helped us with our bags from the pier right up to the hotel. When we were leaving they helped us bring our bags down the steps again which was nice.
