Leaving the place while checking out was the best thing about it

So expensive for what it is and be aware of the stairs!! We had to change rooms 3 times. First they gave us a room with a door separating the next room (it was made to be a family room, but they sold it separately), we could hear everything, and the door didn't look properly, so was vibrating the whole night. After the complaint, they put us in the "double room" which is located on the lower level, so you can hear people walking in the room above. Unfortunately, there was a group of 6 teenagers staying above us playing, dancing, and getting ready and with each step we fell into our room shaking! We couldn't rest at all... So we moved to another room in which Luckily there were quiet people upstairs making minimal noise. the staff was helpful and tried to accommodate us in better room, however it is not a relax place.

The idea/art/design of the resort was good. The contact over the booking app was well working and the resort organised very fast a transport for our lagguage from and to the harbour.
