The experience was amazing. From the service we got from the staff, waiter/waitress, the food, kindness, to the views. It was. Really amazing. I thought the pictures were AI generated when I booked but the place looks exactly like the pictures.

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel, with a breathtaking view of Phang Nga Bay that truly took my breath away. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly special. They were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, which set the tone for a wonderfully relaxing stay. The numerous complimentary perks were a lovely touch and made me feel thoroughly pampered. The room was comfortable, and I especially enjoyed spending time at the pool while watching the sunrise. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the stunning views and incredible service. I will certainly suggest it to my family when they visit!

Everything was absolutely sensational. From being welcomed in on the check in by Kamza (not sure if that’s spelt correctly) to the restaurant. The service and warmth from the waiters, cleaners, chefs and even the maintenance worker (painting) were incredible. The complimentary drinks on arrival, up in the cafe, in our room and during 1pm til 5pm for the ice cream. Out of this world service. This experience sets Thailand apart from the rest of the world, it’s made me love Thailand even more, and I didn’t think it was possible haha. 5 star from top to bottom. The taxi from down at the parking up to the hotel is first class. The staff can’t seem to do enough for you. They clearly want you to have the best time ever, and we did, so thank you very, very much! “ประทับใจมากมากคับ และจะเป็นความทรงจำที่ดีของเราตลอดไป”

The view, location, the food and the staff! You are far away from main facilities however they provide free of charge transport shuttle if you need to get something from the supermarket

Amazing hotel with an amazing view ! The hotel feels like a true hidden gem with incredible scenary over the sea. The staff is very caring and polite. Our room had direct access to the swimming pool which is by the way very cute. The hotel also has a gym with direct view over the famous rock. The restaurant is really nice and good.

Breakfast was a highlight, as was the service. (You couldn't meet nicer people.) The room was very nice, and the view was world-class. The location was away from the Phuket crowds but close enough to visit. The complimentary boat trip to the islands was very much appreciated.
