This place barely qualifies as a resort. The only positive is the comfortable beds, which allowed us to rest, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The sheets were torn, the bathroom was filthy, and there were stains on the cushions. Cleanliness is clearly an issue. It feels like a ghost hotel – empty and lifeless. We ate at the hotel restaurant once, and I ended up spending the night vomiting after having the Pad Thai. The staff were mostly kind, especially the man who drives the little car to your room. However, one of the receptionist girl was incredibly rude. When we tried to add a night due to my illness from the restaurant, I asked to pay in cash at the same price as the previous nights via Booking. I was met with a cold, “This is not my price. Take it or leave it.” Also, the location is isolated. You need to walk 10 minutes along the main road to reach the 7/11 if you don’t have a car. There are no taxis around, and even Grab won’t pick you up.

Facilities were better than expected for the price. The room was big and comfortable. The pool was also nice.

Pongsatorn who was on duty when I checked in and was extraordinarily obliging. I am averse to all-in resort type hotrks. They are a new form of imperialism. However, this one is located less than a kilometer from the town, so it's basically a town hotel. and everything was within walking distance. This was my main reason for choosing it.

Super clean, rooms are very confortable, the mattress and pillows are beyond! The pool is amazing, feels like swimming in Evian water! We had a real fun night at the bar with the rock music group, the bar staff was the best! Very welcoming and fun!

This was a lovely place to stay, we were visiting a music event nearby and it was perfect for this. The pool and gym and restaurant on site were great! The staff were so helpful and friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. The rooms were a great size and were better than I thought! This is a great place for some quiet time and chilled vibes!

Quiet, and great location for working at Natai Beach area. Swimming pool is great. There's a 7/11 very close by.
