The fine print
- Pet Accommodation Rules:When staying accompanied by your pet, the DOG OWNER must observe the following rules:1) Only small-sized canine animals (1) up to 15 (fifteen) kilograms will be accepted, expressly prohibited are medium and large-sized animals, such as pit bulls, dobermans, and German shepherds;2) Additional fee of R$ 500.00 10% per day for pet accommodation.3) The DOG OWNER must, in order to be able to check in, present the vaccination card. The absence of the vaccination card will result in non-acceptance of accommodation;4) Deworming for trips is advisable, as well as sanitary treatment for the elimination of ectoparasites;5) All care for the animal is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the DOG OWNER, as the apart-hotel does not have the structure for care, keeping, monitoring, or walking with the animals. Therefore, it is the exclusive responsibility of the DOG OWNER to provide the animal with food, water, medication, etc.;6) We suggest that the animal not be left alone in the units. If it happens, we request that the reception be notified and in the presence of any problem, the responsible person will be contacted;7) During internal movements, animals must be contained and under the control of their companions, whether in the lap, on a leash, or in a carrier. Never loose;8) The DOG OWNER is solely and exclusively responsible for the cleaning and collection of liquid and solid waste, inside and outside the apartments;9) Lodging with females in heat is prohibited;10) The DOG OWNER is solely and exclusively responsible for harmonious and respectful coexistence with other DOGs and guests, ensuring the comfort and tranquility of others;11) The apart-hotel does not have the structure to meet the medical needs of animals, but maintains agreements with clinics and veterinarians, as well as food, hygiene, and grooming shops. Check with reception for a list of affiliated establishments;12) It is the responsibility of the DOG OWNER to pay for any and all damages caused by the animal or occurred because of it, making full payment of the due amount at check-out or whenever demanded by the apart-hotel. The mentioned damages are not limited to bed, table, bath linens, furniture, mattresses, and other utensils that furnish the unit used, but extend to any and all damage occurred, inside and outside the housing unit;13) The DOG OWNER must remove the animal – check out - whenever it is considered or proves to be aggressive, noisy, or difficult to live with other animals and people;14) The management of the apart-hotel, whenever deemed necessary, will inspect the apartment and the animal to ascertain if they are in the conditions established in this regulation;15) The DOG OWNER must comply with all current legislation, municipal, state, and federal, regarding the ownership of animals.16) Pet accommodations only in the hotel Suites. Pets are not allowed in the Village Houses.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
