It was good value for money & in a good position for City Centre. It was let down by a few things, we had to request tea & coffee for our room both days, there was only one teaspoon for 2 people & no spare towel as stated in the room notes! At breakfast we had to request food items to be replenished this was done but it was annoying to have to ask! The flush in our toilet was very weak & took along time to refill so when we could we used the main toilet near reception!

The staff was really friendly great laugh would highly recommend the room 30 was only meant to stay for 1 night but stayed an extra night planning a next stay

Room was nice and big,beds were comfty,no iron in our room yet we had an ironing board🤷🏽♀️,so had to borrow friends as room had one.

Was a bit doubtful about our stay because of other reviews….. but it was absolutely perfect such a brilliant hotel at a brilliant price and brilliant staff could not have asked for anything more ❤️thank you Queensgate hotel you catered for all our needs for our stay
