Breakfast was lovely. Check in was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but had a lingering smell of some sort that wasn’t too pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Room 221 is by a main road so the sound of cars annoyed my partner.

Great location as it's near the motorway. There's a £15 parking charge for 24hr stays so keep that in mind. Would have been excellent if parking is free for guests

The room was clean light and airy. The pillow was a bit hard for me but I did have the option to change so it was my fault. Other wise it was a good nights sleep and we have booked to stay again

The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, or the children. Our room was nice, although it could’ve done with a bit of TLC - the bathroom was very dated (cracked tiles etc) and our carpet had a few stains on it, but the room itself was comfy.

Overall, it was a nice spa break with a small pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and gym. The spa was a bit crowded because an aqua aerobics class used half of the pool. Breakfast was good, and the half-board package offered a £45 dinner allowance, but drinks (including soft drinks) weren’t included. There were two instances of conflicting information from staff, and service was a bit slow one night. The room was spacious and sunny, and the bed was comfortable, though the shower leaked. Additionally, parking costs £15 per night, which should be free for hotel guests.

Bed bugs wasn’t very comfortable and paying £15 for parking is a bit much since the hotel is quite a distance from the town centre.

The overall biggest impression I have taken away from staying in this hotel is the friendly helpful and totally professional attitude of the staff. A real pleasure to interact with -Well Done and thank you to all! The Breakfast was excellent, with I believe all tastes catered for, also with helpful and friendly staff in attendance Unfortunately I found the bed a little to hard for my comfort though acceptable.
