great location, clean, very family friendly with counting ball, basketball court, TV and relax area, playground. the cabin was clean, had enough space, and was maintained WE REALLY enjoyed staying here and kids were very HAPPY

Excellent housekeeping. Clean cabin. Common rubbish bins emptied and kept clean. Good attention to complementary items for guests. Adjacent to river and short stroll to beach. Pics from the area around attached.

Location, the cabin and the facilities, and the atmosphere - everything was very nice. Good facilities for kids. the beach is so close, we did a night walk which was a fun.

A nice surprise! Well located on the river with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Cabins were clean, comfortable and the shared facilities were great.

Great location to visit the 12 Apostles and the Great Ocean road. Free parking in front of the cabin. Quiet surroundings. Kitchen facilities. We could arrange a late check in.

Quiet area. Cabin had all the basics we needed. Beds were comfortable. Wifi worked. Easy walk down to the water.
