I came into the hotel, not in a great mood. The young lady behind the counter changed my mood quickly. She was so bubbly and friendly. Her name was Rory, and she deserves a pat on the back for the way she handled customers and customer service. She is an asset to your hotel. The other staff that I had dealings with were all very good and very helpful. It is a very good no frills hotel. It was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the bed comfortable.

I appreciated the cleanness or the room. Breakfast was spectacular. The service I received from the front desk gentleman was exceptional all in all I had a wonderful experience during my stay.

Location. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Pet friendly and convenient having a patio door. Breakfast also very satisfying

Location is terrific. Enjoyed Little Lake every day. Music fest at del crary park was very good. Had a lovely dinner at the Keg which was close by.

The staff were friendly and efficient, particularly the desk manager. The rooms were clean and tidy, and everything worked properly. A nice variety of items were available at breakfast.

We were ABSOLUTELY impressed with the free breakfast!! Many other places offer free breakfast but there was always dry muffins or a lack of something. THIS BREAKFAST WAS VERY FRESH AND VERY GOOD. There WAS A GOOD variety.

The breakfast was very good… pancakes, bacon, two choices of sausage, plus muffins, toasts, yogurt, cereals, hard boiled eggs… the room I booked did not indicate it had a microwave or fridge in the room (other higher priced rooms did), yet when I arrived, the room did indeed have a microwave and fridge! The hotel does not state it has a washer and dryer for guests to use on site (laundromats are close by) but I discovered when I got there, there is indeed a guest washer and dryer to use!! ($2.00 per load… wash and dry…) room was clean and adequately appointed, with hair drier, iron, ironing board, suitcase rack, toiletries, and coffee/tea maker and supplies. Air conditioner worked well!!
