The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the guest staying at the property.

The location is fabulous, lots of restaurants are around, and you are allowed to bring in your takeout. The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful when you needed assistance. The resort is massive with so much to do and see, like the massive mall, the amusement park, the water park, the pools, as well as other subsidiary of sunway which is the school, the hospital etc.. that I couldn't cover in 5 days. Very clean and secure environment. It is indeed top class. The previous hotel I stayed in at Malaysia almost ruined my holiday and how i saw the locals, but sunway Resort changed everything from the moment we checked in. I will definitely be staying in this resort on my next visit as i have a lot more to do🤣and I have been recommending to friends and colleagues. I can go on and on, but I guess you know what I mean already😂👌

Everything about sunway resort screams luxury. The aesthetics was beautiful. Staff friendly and helpful. Great facilities. And oh, the water park and amusement park was the highlight of my stay. I had so much fun like a kid in wonderland. I will never forget my stay there. The swimming pool was good too. Just lived the fact that it wasn't too deep so very safe for non-swimmers like me. The mall has great designer outlets in it with great food variety too. Overall, excellent 👌.

Buffet breakfast options were amazing. So much variety and super fresh. Range of continental and Asian preferences which was splendid! Children enjoyed the pool facilities and access to Sunway Lagoon (not free but very convenient access). Spa and massage centre was beautiful and great service! Walking access to Sunway Mall - we didn't leave the resort once for the 5 days we were there. We really enjoyed our family stay.

All the supplies provided by the hotel are very textured, and the light switch induction backlight makes the user very convenient. All in all, the hotel equipment is very excellent.
