The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.
The Sheraton Club Lounge is open daily 1pm-9pm. The evening cocktail is currently served in the Club Lounge daily 6pm-8pm.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

I stayed at tye Sheraton a little prior and wrote a mefiocre review. This time however thr hotel redeemed itself. The room was amazing, quiet, the best very comfortable, the breakfast very good and the staff very friendly.
