reception was exceptional. restaurant was excellent. staff all round, including the gift shop, were tops. keep it that way and i'll stay with you guys everytime i am in malaysia

I like the room, especially the 'non-carpet' floor. I like the hotel's accessibility to other places. I like the cleanliness of the room. The internet is fast.

The room was spacious and clean. Location was good as it was easy and convenient for Grab taxis. I had breakfast at the hotel a couple of times. However, there are some coffee shops about 5 mins walk from the hotel and I had breakfast there most mornings. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I ended up having to stay for a couple of weeks and my stay was very comfortable.

The location is prime in the heart of Petaling Jaya. The staffs were well trained and very courteous with their guests. Room service provided daily, and rooms were clean and comfortable.
