Hotel Overview

Located in Régua, the capital of Port wine, right in the heart of the Douro Valley, Hotel Columbano offers subtly decorated rooms, an exterior pool with a privileged view of the Douro river. It also includes a tennis court, free on-site parking and free WiFi throughout.

This is good value for money, OK room and bed size, OK bathroom, better than expected breakfast for a very low price. Nice view from the window.

The hotel had a delicious breakfast. We almost couldn’t believe we got such a good breakfast for the cheap rate we paid for the room. The hotel itself is simple, but has everything you need, and that for a good price. The staff is very kind and friendly. The hotel is very near to several supermarkets. All in all a good pick!

Good room, good breakfast , and close to eating spots . Staff was helpful despite a bit of a language issue. In the end , I would be happy to stay there again.

Lovely hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The pool was great, and it was quiet when we visited. Good breakfast. Great view from room. The staff kindly allocated us the room we asked for.

The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. It also has an outdoor pool overlooking the Douro River, which is very good during the summer. Also, the location is great with grocery stores all around. The staff is also very nice!

Clean rooms and the pool is nice. Breakfast is fairly ok for the price. Would be good for 1 night but 2 nights is a bit much.
