The house is stunning—immaculately maintained with an incredible view. Patricia, the owner, is a wonderful host who made us feel warmly welcomed from the start. She’s poured so much love into every detail of the property, and it’s even more beautiful than the photos suggest. Everything was spotless, and each morning, she prepares a delicious breakfast with every detail thoughtfully considered.

My husband and I arrived earlier than the check-in time and Patricia was gracious enough to offer us lunch. She was very friendly and arranged our dinner plans for the evening. The restaurant happened to be the top-rated in the area and the food was delicious!

The view from our bedroom across the valley and beyond were amazing. Worth the slightly hairy drive up the winding roads. It didn't take long to get back into Regua by car. Patricia was a truly fantastic host. Her attention to detail on the breakfast, the property, the rooms were all outstanding. Her warmth and hospitality were second to none. She is definitely in the right industry, she is so good at what she does and includes locals who make some of the breakfast, along with her baking too. Patricia has done an amazing job transforming the property to a very high standard. She was also full of fantastic recommendations, just right for our time there.
