We were captivated by the breathtaking view from the hotel, the olive tree, garden, especially the stunning swimming pool. The hosts were very kind and helpful, particularly when we had an issue with our car.

The feeling of tranquility. It was so relaxing lounging by the pool under the olive trees or simply sitting on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine. Our apartment was spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dinner that Anna prepared on the evening of 15 August.

+Swimming pool (12x6) with additional small children pool +Monte a Pescia around - calm place with nice view of the Pescia +nearby reastaurant in Monte a Pescia (however more expensive) + A good base for excursions to nearby historical towns (Pisa, Lucca, Montecarlo...)

Anna was at the apartment to meet us and show us to our apartment. We stayed at 1 bed with bath and shower and kitchen on the ground floor .The bedroom was very spacious and kitchen dining area very adequate. We enjoyed the pool it was very well kept and there were plenty of deck chairs and sunbeds.Towels were supplied for the pool.We also had breakfast each morning which was extra but a good variety on offer including excellent coffee and good choice of teas.The restaurant in the apartment complex was only open one of the evenings during our stay but we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner we had it was an excellent standard Anna is a terrific cook..There was another restaurant about 5 minutes walk away Restaurant Monte A Pescia it was also very good .We ate there 3 nights but it can get very busy at the weekend so you need to book ahead.We stayed a total of 8 nights and would highly recommend these apartments. They are situated in a good position for touring Tuscany Montecatini Terme only about 25 minutes by car.Lucca 30/35 minutes and Pisa about 45/60 minutes. Florence is approximately 1 hour away.

Very nice and helpful host. Parking lot in apartment's object. Possibility to use a pool. Very tasty breakfast. Comfortably feeling in whole apartment. Clean rooms, bathroom. Traditional style of furniture. Very lovely area of Tuscany. Possibility to taste homemade products (olives, wine) You can walk 30 minutes down to the Pescia from apartment through forest hike and 40 minutes up to the apartment from town. You can use also your car, to get to the town, but hike is very nice adventure.

The house has the best view, a lovely pool and the nicest owners. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone.
