The owners are simply angels, extremely kind and helpful. You’ll feel the care right away from the very beginning even with being picked up from the airport. The place itself is amazing, with localisation etc but the heart that the owners are putting into the place is a huge worth itself.

I really enjoyed the breakfast as it was full and the location was not far from the beach and only about 11 minutes from the central train station by bus. In addition, there were bicycles available for all guests to use for shopping.

Excellent location, host, and apartment with kitchen and lots of food and drinks for the self-served breakfast. I'd even reduce amount of prepacked options in the room :)

There was a nice variety of breads and pastries as well as fruit ,cheese and yogurt ,coffee, tea ,all in all a great continental breakfast. The room was close to the beach and lovely Restaurants, A great location in Pescara! Emiliano and Barbara made as feel very welcome, they were super friendly and very informative . Great hosts!

Everything was great! The owners were nice, the breakfast was good 👍🏼 The seaside is 3 minutes walking. The only thing was with the internet connection - it was reconnecting every 5 minutes.
