Guests expecting to arrive outside check-in hours should contact the property in advance. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Late check-in after 18:00 is available via an automatic check-in machine. An access code will be provided to enter the accommodation.The accommodation facility consists of three double rooms and one quadruple room. The rooms are equipped with a 43/46 inch smart TV, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, soundproof doors, safe, free wi-fi, mini bar. The entrance reception is flanked by the living room which allows you to have work or meeting spaces. Further services are available on request: bike rental, umbrella or palm tree on the beach, taxi, laundry.The accommodation is located in the center 5 minutes from the sea and the train station, in a restricted traffic zone which is not active from 6am to 9am and from 1pm to 4pm. In case of need for dropping luggage the access is permitted upon request and sending the license plate and documents.Please note the accommodation is on the second floor without a lift.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The room was very nice and newly refurbished. Clean and neat environment. Good location in Pescara city centre and 10 mins from the main station.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming B&B! The location was ideal, providing a perfect blend of peacefulness while being just a five-minute walk from the beach. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, making us feel immediately at home. Giovanna, the host, was exceptionally warm and hospitable, going out of her way to ensure that every detail was taken care of and that we had everything we could possibly need. We genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a central, spotless, and conveniently located stay. We will most certainly be returning here on our next visit to Pescara!

It is situated in a beautiful, vibey area full of bars, restaurants, and quaint shops. The beach is close by. We booked 2 rooms and both were spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The host Giovanna is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Maison Fleurie to anyone staying in Pescara.
