This a charming hotel that is located right by the sea on a central street of the city. Wonderful location and great welcoming staff. In addition I had an amazing view from my window, that made my stay even more special.

Excellent location, room was clean and we had booked parking which was easy to get into. Had a lovely sea view room. Breakfast was generous and the location of the breakfast room was beautiful.

Great location very near beach shops train. Huge room, high ceilings. Bathroom with bidet. Friendly checkin heritage building. Great value for cost on a Friday.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Esplanade.We read some poor reviews prior to our visit that we now consider unfair. Could do with a little tlc, but good value currently. Fantastic location.

I stayed 2 WEEKS, spent most of my day in my room because of the heat and went out only at night....my room was facing the Sea....I had the world at my feet, missed nothing......in my case the hotel has sentimental value as my dad worked the front desk for 25 years💖

It's a hotel that obviously has its prime in the past, but still holds strong. I had a nice room with a bathtub. The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly.
