close to bus station, easy to find, comfortable and stylish hotel with a swimming pool. The dinner was great and the buffet breakfast included in the tariff was exceptional!

The location was great, very near the bus station and very near the escalator to the centre. The room was spacious and well designed and equipped.

The hotel was very well located, right next to the escalators that take you into the town center. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful serving eggs cooked a few different ways, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, sweet pastries and bread as well as espresso coffee drinks. The gym was equipped with a few cardio machines and two multifunctional gym stations. The indoor pool was a nice bonus, especially during the chillier autumn months (you must have a swimming cap to use the pool, they sell them at the front desk for 2.5 euro). There was parking available onsite for 15 euros per day.

This was by far the best place we stayed in over the four-week trip to Italy. Room was modern. Bathroom had walk-in shower and plenty of light. Great buffet breakfast was included with many options (bacon, eggs, cereals, cold meats, etc). Staff were very helpful. Although this hotel is not in the upper historic part of the city, there are a series of escalators 2 min walk from hotel that take you to the heart of the old town.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff are very nice and the breakfast was fantastic. I recommend it. I will book there again when I go back to Perugia.

The hotel is well located near the escalators to go to the center. Very nice modern room, the breakfast is tasty and varied. We had reserved parking and everything was well arranged.

Location was a short walk from both the rail station and bus station and also into the historic centre of the city
