Everything, We loved our stay in Residenza il Punto in Perugia. The staff first of all, they were very friendly. When we arrived, after we checked in, when we went into our room, it was an amazing and very specious room. The room was quite large, with an amazing view. We had a balcony which it had some special views. The area was very calm there. The bathroom was large, and it had a big window, which helps to take the humidity out. There is a private parking (which you need to pay) and it feels secure. It's 1 minute walk from the hotel. There are also some spots outside, but im not sure that you were allowed to stay more than check in check out there. We also forgot a wall charger there, which they managed to send it towards Modena for us, however due to this postal service being so idiotic, we couldnt take the charger with. But i believe the lady from the front desk made everything in her power for us to receive it, even though we never had the chance to retrieve it. Thank you so much. Definitely a 10/10 experience for us. We would love to return and be guests of this beautiful place in the future. Book ASAP, since it's worth it.

The views were stunning and really nice rooms and terraces. Rooms have some lovely decorative touches and were clean. Breakfast room was beautiful too. Staff were extremely effective communicators both before and during the stay. Hugely accommodating with any requests regarding check-in/out. Very easy stay and felt well looked after. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fabulous view over the beautiful Umbria countryside. Great to wake up to a glorious sunrise. At the foot of the old town so well located. Booked a parking spot so that was essential for us. Staff were so accommodating. Highly recommend for a one night stay.

Quite simply: stunning. The view alone makes this a 5* hotel. And the kind woman, Patrizia, I think her name was, made sure I had everything I needed. It's one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in because the view is just breathtaking. The room itself is also very nice. The breakfast and setting was also very lovely and, all in all, an exceptional stay. I shall definitely return!

Great location for visiting Perugia. You can see the old town and the Umbrian landscape from your room and the balcony. Old city centre is 15-20minutes away (on foot).

I personally would like to thank you so much for an amazing stay at your Residenza Il Punto. We loved the view it was just beautiful and waking up to see the sunrise made my heart skip a beat! Thank you so much. The rooms were cleaned to perfection and we had a good breakfast. The rooms were very charming and comfortable. The staff and nice man at the front desk were very helpful in giving us some advice about local tourist attractions. The rooms were very big with plenty of space also!
