The management staff was very kind, helpful and professional. I arrived to the property but unfortunately I accidentaly caused a problem to the electronic opening system, so I blocked it. Therefore I couldn't stay and I had to go to a different place. The staff helped me and didn't charge me at all. I apologize for the inconvenience and I appreciate the helpfullness of the manager. When I'll come back to Perugia, for sure I will return to this property. It was very clean and centrally located.
