Anna is a wonderful host with good communication both before and during the visit. We were asked what we would like for breakfast and what we asked for was presented. The rooms are filled with antiques and has a very authentic feel to it, it is quite at night time. It is a short stroll to the centre of town. The bed is a sofa bed, its oaky for a couple of nights.

Very good location in the old town of Perugia. Ana is charming and helpful. Clean. Quiet, considering central location. Good continental breakfast.

Anna the host was extremely welcoming and the location very central and right next to main attractions. Breakfast was also good.

We experienced this stay as being valuable guests in a home of a friendly lady. Location was really perfect just 200 m away from the main square but yet behind corners to have silent nights. Views from the roof terrace of this house were phenomenal. Restaurant recommendations were excellent.
