- The location and the views are amazing - The Spa zone is big, has got various saunas, hot tub outside and 2 pools. - The room is simple but clean, the bed is really comfortable

The hotel had an amazing setting, with views of the mountains on one side, and Lake Achensee on the other. The staff are very curtious and helpful and we were met with a welcoming glass of Prosecco. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony looking out to the mountains. The bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was superb, with a short order chef working the omelette station, and plenty of choice of cold cuts, cheeses etc. There is a spa though with only one night, we did not have time to try it, though the outdoor pool, which is linked to the indoor pool, did look very inviting. The hotel also benefits from a large underground car park. We would be happy recommend this hotel to any future guests, and hope to return ourselves one day.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Brilliant attentive staff, great restaurant and simply the biggest and best Spa with direct access to the lake. Superb stay for 6 nights. great wlak and hikes on the doorstep.

Our good-sized room with balcony looked out over the beautiful lake and mountains. Breakfast was great, to suit a wide variety of tastes and omelette etc made to order. The staff were pleasant and professional. Dinner was excellent, and there are other good restaurants nearby. The location is next to the ferry terminal for trips up the lake.

Fantastic localization. Very good breakfast. Standard room with lake view was excellent - big, clean, quite. Fantastic beds. Hotel is fabulous - spa, wellness, personel!

It was amazing from start to finish . The location right on the lake was the high point making the wellness area jaw dropping . The staff were amazing and a special thanks the night reception man who even offered us his dinner as we arrived very late and very hungry !!! ( we graciously declined ) and the bottle of pink Prosecco and chocolates recognising my birthday??!!!!! Fantastic hotel ❤️ hopefully we are lucky enough we are able to return
