True gem! Communication with host was impeccable, very responsive and trustworthy. The cottage is converted part of a private house on a great estate, surrounded by fields. Parking secured in front of the cottage. It is very tastefully decorated, very cosy and well equipped. Immaculately clean. Although we were on a road trip , we got the urge to extend our stay! Amazing place, highly recommended!

Location was excellent for travelling on the A9, property grounds were beautifully kept. There was plenty of privacy and access to the property was great. The property was immaculate inside, very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated to a high standard. It was very cosy and warm upon arrival and had just the right amount of room for a couple travelling. The kitchen provided more than what we expected with milk in the fridge and some shortbread treats. The sofa was comfy and the views from it over the grounds were lovely at sunset. The property’s warm and friendly host, Melissa, was kind to have the property open for our arrival after a long journey and very helpful in providing us with extra info for our stay. Communication and contact was the right amount for the stay. The property very much exceeded our expectations and we will definitely plan to be back. Thank you 🤩

The house was lovely very clean and everything you needed, the host was very welcoming plus we got in Early which was great as was going to a festival
