Please note that if the arrival time is after 20:30, guests should contact the hotel in advance to arrange self check in. If the arrival is after hours, the guests has to send an email with a photo ID copy and credit card to the property prior to the arrival.
Please note that reception hours are: Monday-Friday 07:00-21:00; Sat -Sunday : 07.30- 21.00pm “All bookings are non refundable however, Upon cancellation of a reservation, the guest will be charged 100% of the total price of accommodation, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested please note if your cancellation is beyond your control, such as flights, holiday cancellations etc (eg. circumstances beyond your control, the hotel reserves the right to either refund or give you a credit for 6 months depending on availability.)

I was pleased to be able to stay with my dog at an affordable price. Also the location was quite good as its close to shops and a nice park to walk through. The staff were friendly and polite.

I like that it was convenient and easy to find and plenty of parking space. We checked in after hours and eddie was there to guide us all the way through he was extremely quick with his communication and anything we need he was one text away. Overall very happy with our experience there.

The rooms did the job! We upgraded on check in for extra money but well worth it. Washing machine and dryer included. Rooms were spacious, microwave handy and shower was plenty hot. Washing up liquid given, toilet roll provided for first few days. Reviews were not great but Eddie was great very helpful and texts back personally when anything was needed.
