got upgraded on arrival to a 2-bedroom apartment. very spacious with an open plan living, dining & kitchen area. Living room led out onto a decent sized balcony (enough for 4 people to sit around a table). Kitchen fully equipped with 4-ring hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer & dishwasher. Large dining table. 2x double bedrooms & a single bathroom with shower (over bath), sink & toilet. Utility / laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer. All toiletries provided as well as laundry powder, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid etc. Pool & gym area located on top floor. pool towels available at the pool so no need to take your own. Maybe one downside is there is hardly any car parking available around the hotel, whether for short or overnight stays & the hotel car-park, if spaces available is quite pricey (AUD$60/night)

The location and access to the free transport was a plus. We were so close to everything that we hardly had to catch an Uber or taxi.

Staff were excellent. Very helpful and worked hard to have us check in early. We will be returning next year and fully intend to stay in the same room, same hotel.
