convenient place. Great and easy parking. Good kitchen, I was able to prepare dishes for Christmas. I also had quite a good view of the omni theatre and the city, giving the place a nice ambience. Nice big room, good bed and solid table I could work from. The place had an excellent washing machine and several clothes lines available, pegs and powder, so I was able to do three loads of washing. Great stuff! Thanks, I hope to stay here again. Fridge was also excellent.

I was disappointed because, even though the room was ready, I was unable to get access until 2pm! I also. needed to return home due to a death and there was no empathy when I asked for a one night credit. The immediate response was sorry. Not able to, not company policy.. think a lesson in customer service and tact is required.

Prompt response from manager to questions. Everything was so well maintained, very clean, view of the city was a bonus and little extras like clothes detergent supplied.
