Central location with large kitchen, dining and lounge. Reading room (but why have TV screen?); covered area for laundry.

The location is perfect, the rooms were just ok but need to put an extra level of cleanliness. Floors were dirty as, bins not changed and walkways smelled like dead rat

I dont know if there is a free breakfast included although the kitchen is open the whole time and the basement is huge , entertainment room has so much space for all.

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, the hot water was plentiful, and the location was convenient!
