Property was in excellent condition and the staff was top notch. Although the drop off point is on the street and amidst traffic, and the carpark is some distance away, the valet service mitigated this inconvenience.

We had booked a show at His Magesty's and the hotel is directly across the road. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were great. The restaurant downstairs was very good. Breakfast was great too.

The help and assistance of the friendly staff was outstanding. The location was perfect to explore the city. The bed was very comfortable and the heating/cooling worked very well.
