This medium sized hotel is on the edge of the central business district and so is a little quieter than a more central hotel. It is about 25 walk into the centre, however the hotel is 100 yards from the free and frequent buses into the centre - we never waited more than five mins. It is also 10 mins walk to a station which then gives easy and cheap access into Freemantle. The modern hotel is attached to an old building forming a restaurant. The inclusive cold breakfast was included but also a hot item could also be selected. This was a bonus as the hot items were imaginative and tasty. In the vicinity there are sufficient restaurants for a few days stay. The hotel is well maintained and the staff friendly, even though we arrived after midnight.

Great location away from Perth CBD , but still very close on the door step to kings park transport to the city is easy

The room and bed was good. The breakfast was disappointing. The so called mini buffet was very poor. I was under the impression that it was a prope continental breakfast but in fact it was a sit-down breakfast which I don't like when on holiday. I much prefer having a variety of choices as in a proper buffet.
