All of the rooms at Port Mill Bed and Breakfast are accessible via either one or two flights of stairs. There is no elevator or ground floor rooms. Please consider this if your mobility is reduced or if you will be travelling with large, heavy luggage.Please note that Port Mill Bed & Breakfast does not accept payments with American Express credit cards.A basket filled with continental breakfast items and condiments will be provided for guests to enjoy a daily breakfast at their leisure in the privacy of their room.A detailed confirmation email, including information on nearby parking locations and overnight rates will be sent to guests once a booking has been made.Please let Port Mill Bed & Breakfast know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.All 4 rooms at Port Mill B & B have balconies, however only the Leeuwin and Batavia suites have courtyard and fountain views from their balcony. Duyfken and Zuytdorp suites are situated at the back of the building and their balconies are private with no views.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Beautiful place. Well located just down the road from Market Street, the markets and the pubs and restaurants; closeby to the beachfront. The room was decorated in sympathy with the age and history of the building; comfy four-poster bed; almost-Loui XIV-style painted, distressed furniture; the fridge was contained inside the cupboard so it did not disturb me; a large room for one person at 25mt2; gorgeous garden doors leading to a tiny balcony; small bathroom - all perfect for one. Breakfast was provided in the fridge that was fresh cut fruit salad, muesli, yoghurt, orange juice, fresh milk, banana cake. It was all beautifully presented and tasted delicious.

Superb location. Walkable to everywhere. Never once saw a member of staff but it all worked seamlessly including arriving late. Room a little tired and small but totally manageable. Breakfast was quirky but again worked!!

The location was excellent, and the check-in and check-out were easy. I enjoyed the Bed & Breakfast's location; it was within walking distance to everything we needed.

Beautiful shabby chic decor. Loved the walls and linen curtains. Well appointed throughout. Great area.very nice fruit, muesli, mango juice, yoghurt ( only on 1st day), milk. Tea and coffee.shampoo etc.

Beautiful location, lovely room and comfortable bed. We had a great little balcony and table where we could catch the evening sun. Breakfast was left in the fridge while we were out but fruit, yoghurt, granola, orange juice and banana bread was lovely. Bathroom great with good towels and washing products.
