Lovely little room with ensuite , very quiet , and great breakfast included . Only downside was parking , had to walk in the dark and some needed apps downloaded re payment . Did park in the street twice out side the building for short periods .

I loved the decor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. There was tea and coffee in the room and to top it all, the breakfast was fantastic.

Perfect location for Rottnest ferry and places to eat. Loved the breakfast. The room was really clean, comfortable and great for what we Very well equipped with fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Bed really comfy.

It is so central for everything. It was a little haven of peace and quiet, cozy and comfy. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Owner made you feel right at home. Our room had a great shower! Everything was within walking distance - beach, ferry to Rottnest, train to Perth, town centre.

The host. So lovely and made us the most beautiful breakfast. It was lovely having breakfast in the dining room with everybody. The rooms were very comfortable.
