Hotel registration and check in is available only to guests who are not prohibited from entering the Crown Perth, Crown Melbourne or Crown Sydney properties, are 18 years of age or over, and are recorded on the reservation at the time of booking. The front desk overcharged me by 2k for a bill that wasn't mine.. this was refunded, but after a long discussion.. the property and location are nice, though..

Location is brilliant, rooms very dated, I expected a little more from the crown with it being pricey to stay and it being our first time staying. Annoying that the kids slide is closed mid week especially when that was one of the main reasons we chose the Metropol

There was nothing I disliked I have just been spoiled as the last few times we have stayed has been in Crown Towers which is exceptional

Lovely rooms and super attentive staff. Only downsides we had this stay was our room had the car park view and the pool area had limited shade. Other than that it was great.

The hotel room was acceptable but needed updating. The sink was cracked and this made it look dirty. Some mornings there were silver fish in it. I was shocked to hear room services were every 3 days unless requested. The room was very dusty and the picture frames in the corridors were also the same. This is supposed to be a 4/5 star hotel. During our tour of Australia we had stayed in cheaper hotels, that were much cleaner, room service supplied every day and a complimentary bottle of water. The restaurants were over priced and everything tasted of fish. As that was the main staple of the menu. The pool area was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We asked the reception about getting the train to go into Perth. They never told us there was a complimentary bus to the station every 15/20 minutes. We were told by another guest. This information should be shared at time of booking in. Apart from the above our stay was enjoyable.

There were many restaurants around , it had a nice big pool. The casino was close by.

The staff were lovely, super helpful. The food at Bistro Guillaume was amazing and the server was very attentive and helped to create a nice atmosphere for mine and my friends meal. The view from the room was gorgeous, it looked out over the pool and over Swan River into the City skyline. The Lounge Cocktails were also so good. The bed was super comfortable.

It was busy but not so much that we had to wait for anything. Food options are amazing. Staff very professional and friendly. Perfect stay.
