The room was excellent. Good size, two comfortable beds, TV, desk, table, cutlery and crockery, fridge, soap, microwave; basically everything you need for a short stay. The air-conditioning was at the right temperature. The room was clean and quiet. No smoking around. The hotel has an emphasis on saving water, which is good. The towels can be reused. The breakfast was excellent. Was able to check in very late at night. The hotel restaurant was excellent. All in all, an excellent hotel stay.

Upgrade to 2 rooms was much appreciated. Unit reasonably clean. Some dishes used had to be washed before we used them - not that big a deal for me. It happens. Staff were ALL lovely. Loved being able to leave lugagge on last day.

Enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast. Conveniently located for necessities. Clean and spacious room with all amenities-very impressed, thank you. I was allowed to check in almost 3 hrs earlier.

It was in a very good position, walking distance to main shopping area and the river. Easy access also to public transport. Staff very helpful

It had everything you needed it was cheap they had their own restaurant rooms have a little kitchen. Underground parking too

Hallways and rooms require new paint, new carpet to eleviate the old smell in the hotel. Carpet is stained and worn. The pillows look old. My room had vent panels missing. Food was nice and access to vending machines was handy. Great view.
