The balcony was disgusting. Wasn’t cleaned at all. We sat out and got covered in black dirt off the seats. Tiles in the bathroom need a good clean. Pity pool isn’t kept clean. We had a lot of leaves floating all around us and the tiles on the wall were pulled down and not sure were they renovating or what. No one mentioned it. Carpet in the apartment needs a good clean and to be honest needs to be replaced. Tattered.

I attended the Routes Asia 2025 conference, which was held at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Adina Apartment Hotel Perth is located right across the conference hall, so it was really convenient for me. The whole apartment was spacious and clean. It came fully equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, crockery, cutlery, small appliances like microwave. The bathroom was big, and taps and hot water were working fine. I was really stoked to find out that the property provided vegan bath essentials like body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which are 100% plant based and not tested on animals. The bedroom and living room were cosy and comfortable.

Very comfortable bed. Spacious apartment. Nice compact balcony with chairs and a table. The location was perfect - right next to bus station and very close to train station.

Location was great for the City Centre, for Elizabeth Quay, and the Botanical Gardens. Also convenient for the Train & Bus station. The apartment was large with separate bedroom and huge bathroom.

Very spacious and comfortable. We made good use of the sauna. Perfect location for us to shop and get the ferry to Rottnest Island.

Fantastic location- walking distance to Elizabeth Quay restaurants and waterfront. Near bus terminal . Great car parking facility we used for our hire car. Lovely restaurant next door. All the staff were very helpful at reception.

It is very close to downtown and convenient. It has a washer and dryer which is very handy if you're away from home for an extended period of time and you don't want to pay $8 to get your underwear washed.
