We spent one night in a twin room at this property. The host was very welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent for Perth city centre. Breakfast was good with choice of continental and/or cooked breakfast. My son had the cooked breakfast & looked yummy. Overall, a big thumbs up

EVERYTHING ! From the minute we arrived we felt like we ‘fitted in’. James greeted us like we were long lost family right up until we said our goodbyes. Comfortable and cosy room and bed, lovely bathroom and shower. Tea making facilities and the breakfast ….. excellent. Nothing was any trouble for our fantastic host.

We sat by the window and the outside view was beautiful from the breakfast room. Breakfast itself was superb served hot and on beautifully laid tables. Slept on very comfortable beds with fresh beddings, and the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. We enjoyed hot showers which were really relaxing.
