Beautifully curated furniture and pictures. Great selection of teas, shortbread and scones for tea on arrival. Parking and personable host who was conversational and authentic. Lots of little comforts like sweet jars in the hallway, Epsom salts for the bath and fresh soft bathrobe on request. Breakfast was flexible and well cooked. A delight of a stay in easy walking distance from Perth Centre, and parking space. Highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded so had a much larger and better room. Only met David but he was an excellent host. Breakfast was plentiful.
