Parking at the property was available and the room accessible with few stairs. The room was compact but adequate for our one night stay. The breakfast room was delightfully decorated and the food generous and tasty. The owners of the property were hospitable and friendly.

Very generous portion of breakfast. As well as the cooked breakfast they even had fruit and yogurt on my table,as well as cereal. In the room as well as tea and coffee had lovely homemade tablet on first night.

The hosts were truly the loveliest people. The rooms were absolutely spotless (and came with free tea and biscuits!). The breakfast as well was absolutely delightful! It was also only a 15 or so minute walk from the centre. If I come back go Perth, I'll definitely try here again! Would thoroughly reccomend to anyone :)

Very well run traditional bed & breakfast. Easy to find, amenities for own food and drink (close to ASDA 24hr, Tim Hortons and MacDonalds. Comfortable nights sleep and best breakfast in ANY hotel I’ve stayed in.
