If cancelled within the 7 days before the arrival 100 percent of the total price will be charged.Groups reservations (more than 9 persons) - different policies and additional supplements will apply. More than 8 weeks (57 days or more) 20% of total cost. 8 – 4 weeks (56 - 29 days) 55% of total cost. 4 – 0 weeks (28 - 0 day) 100% of total cost.No stag or hen parties are permitted at any youth hostel.Should guests be entitled to a refund or part refund please note that these are processed by Hostelling Scotland National Office, Stirling. It may take 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation request for the refund to be processed back onto the original card used.From the age of 12 to 15 years, young people must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of the same gender when booking a bed within shared accommodation. Parties with young children (under 12 years) will only be accommodated in private rooms, where availableHostelling Scotland advise that additional notice be given to the destination youth hostel when travelling with children, to ensure that suitable accommodation is available. There is no capacity for extra beds or cots.Check-in from 15.00 until 22.00 and check-out from 07.00 until 10.00. For starters, this was a bargain find in Perth. I was interested in touring the city and the hostel is actually a full apartment block for university students. Check-in was responsive, painless, and I was able to park my motorbike for free. Facilities came with everything, including a private room with ensuite toilette and shower, fast wifi, a full kitchen, balcony, and secure electronic locks. I really enjoyed my stay here and couldn't fault anything with the hostel.

My expectations in booking a hostel, even though it was a single-occupancy room, were fairly low, so I was more than happily surprised by the set-up at Perth UHI Hostel. A corridor with only 4 rooms on it, a shared kitchen/lounge facility with all the appliances and utensils needed and, being on the top floor, a good view from the balcony. I couldn't have asked for more, and the staff were very approachable and helpful with all my enquiries. I'd definitely stay there again.

Newly built student ensuite campus accommodation on the outskirts of Perth. 4 rooms on each floor sharing a communal kitchen/common room with balcony to sit out on. Budget price with great staff. Short walk to local shops and the "Welcome Inn" pub which serves good food. Used for 2 one night stops before and after visiting Orkney Isles.

Cheap and cheerful room, close to the city centre, most facilities in good working order, fully equipped kitchen if you needed it. Friendly helpful staff member checking people in. Free car parking on site, which was very close to the block I was in. All of the communal areas were very clean and kept tidy at all times. Comes with bedding, which I know some hostels don't, so that's a bonus.

What a lovely place to stay, very friendly reception staff, nice room with a super comfy bed and my bathroom was very clean with a really good shower, shared kitchen which had everything you would need and evan a good iron in the cupboard, the location is just out side of Perth and is very easy to find and has plenty of parking spaces, can't wait to return, remember to take a towel.

Single private room was perfect for my one night stay. It had an en-suite and all the necessities for a small room. The communal kitchen with clean and well stocked. Staff very helpful and friendly.
