Great staff - engaging interested and nothing too much of a bother very comfortable and lots of people playing the games in the bar, it really added to the atmosphere. Very positive review of the hot stones massage from my wife

Staff were so accommodating and lovely. We were upgraded and our suite was warm and comfortable with some nice touches (coffee machine, dressing gown and slippers). The bathroom decor in particular was stunning. The hotel itself is beautiful inside.
