The Scottish cooked breakfast and buffet selection. Dinner: At dinner time, a young girl was allowed to play and move around in the restaurant and bar on an electric hoverboard! Luckily she stopped before we sat down to eat, but I would have refused to do so if she had been allowed to carry on.

The staff were outstanding, friendly and polite at every moment. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was lovely welcoming comfortable and immaculately clean. We took two dogs and this must be one of the best dog friendly hotels I've ever stayed in.

Full of character, warm, homely. Each room is different, we chose a standard double plenty big enough for us, huge bathroom, fabulously powerful shower. Food was fabulous!!!!
